Performers on stage: Anna Rusowicz (Poland, Special Guest) - accompanied by Rafał Stępień, Andria Putkaradze (Georgia, Special Guest, the winner of the Junior Eurovision 2024), Jarosław Wasik (Poland), Anna Poghosyan (Armenia), Elena Kolomiytseva (Estonia), Adam Barro (France), Pavlo Tabakov (Ukraine), Patryk Pawlak (Poland), Dominik Arim (Poland, participant the Junior Eurovision 2024), Julia Rydelek (Poland, Grand Prix winner of the "Vistula Sounds 2024") and Sar Sargsyan (Artistic Director of the "Vistula Sounds" festival).

A large TV screen will be placed in the Skwer Ekscentryków in Ciechocinek to allow viewers to live follow the concert.
